1.brush your teeth

2.open the box ,open one pack of tooth cleaner ,to dry your teeth before doing it,it's mostly just to make your teeth dry so it's not just one time use ,put it somewhere clean and dry. can use it again next time

3.then open the black small box ,which is controller ,you will find two wires in it ,the one with one side super small the other side bigger is for charging ,so make sure the controller is fully charged before you do it .when you can see four blue lights on of the controller means it's fully charged

4.then take out that white dental tray ,connect it with the controller with the other wire which two sides look pretty similar ,so after connected ,turn on the button at the right side of these four lights on the controller ,if the dental tray with lights on then means you did it right ,otherwise just change two sides of the wire and try again

5.then put gel from the syringe on two sides the dental tray and make it even.each side just push once of the syringe no need too much,in this way can do 25 times.but if you wanna make the result come faster ,can also put some gel on your teeth ,but just be careful while doing it ,don't make the gel touch any part of your skin ,only teeth ,and don't put too much

6.put the dental tray into your mouth ,and wait 30mins ,there will be a time display on the controller so you can just check time there

7.better lay on the bed while doing it to .because your saliva will dilute the gel so by laying can make it easier to swallow your saliva,

8.after 30 mins ,go to wash your mouth then sleep .and tell yourself you did a great job and have a sweet dream
